WHAT
IS CHOLESTEROL? Cholesterol helps produce hormones,
contributes to development of brain and aids the functioning
of nervous system. So one thinks that one should take
cholesterol in one’s diet. Wrong. Cholesterol needed for all
these functions is manufactured by liver in our body. HDL (
high density lipoprotein – a good cholesterol) can be
eliminated very easily and appears to help prevent the
formation of fatty plaques in the arteries (prevents heart
diseases). LDL (low density lipoproteins), VLDL (very low
density lipoproteins), IDL (intermediate density
lipoproteins), triglycerides (fats) are bad guys. They tend to
get deposited on the linings of blood vessels and can cause
arteriosclerosis ( build up of plaques on arteries).
Arteriosclerosis reduce the supply of blood carrying oxygen
and other vital nutrients to heart and other organs.
Cholesterol deposit in arteries clogs arteries and causes
stroke, brain damage, etc.

Cholesterol. Sadam Hussain or Osama Bin Laden may be living
tens of thousands of miles away, ex-spouse may be living in
next town. Cholesterol is not next to you or on you but is
inside you. CHOLESTEROL ( C27 . H45 . OH ) – Animal Origin.
It is found in small quantities in all animal oils and fats.
It is not present in plants. It is long free acid or acid
ester. It is from bile, brain, egg yolk, gall stone, etc.
Cholesterol melts at 148 degree centigrade and is insoluble in
water.
WHAT IS CALORIES ? It is energy required to raise one degree
centigrade temperature of one kilogram water. Enzymes
metabolize (break down) carbohydrates, fats and proteins and
in the process energy is released as one of the reaction
products. Carbohydrate and proteins release about 4 calories /
gram whereas fats release about 9 calories / gram.
BACTERIA VS. VIRUS: Bacteria has one cell and considered a
living body. They multiply themselves. There are thousands of
different kind of bacteria – some are essential for our body
(good bacteria), most are harmless and some are problematic.
Virus has no cell of its own. Virus goes to cells in human
body tissue. With the help of human cells, they multiply.
Unless our immune system is strong to curb the viruses, they
can get upper hand and can even cause death or can create hell
on earth for us (HIV, AID, etc.).
Temperature Rule (to kill harmful bacteria) –
145 degree F – beef, lamb and veal steaks and roasts (medium
rare).
160 degree F – Hamburger, meat loaf, pork, veal or lamb, pork
chops, ribs, roasts, egg dishes.
165 degree F – ground turkey and chicken, stuffing and
casseroles, leftovers.
170 degree F – chicken and turkey breasts.
180 degree F – whole chicken or turkey, legs, thighs and
wings, duck and goose.
If you are going to live 90 years of which last 20 years in
bed, you can avoid that. If you are going to live 75 years you
can add 5 to 10 more years. A car can run on nonradials but it
runs better on radials. Geo runs but BMW runs better. 85
octane works but 92 octane works better. If you are thinking
to live 200 years, get out of this site. Please close the door
on your way out.
Think about Ted Turner, Bill Gate and Donald Trumph. They keep
working on several fronts. Successful projects dump money in
their accounts. They do not check their bank accounts on daily
or even monthly basis. Like that pay attention to your diet
and it will pay to your health.
To understand your body, drive around with your eyes open.
When you see a junkyard, try to get at high elevation and look
at it from elevation. You will see different colored, shaped,
sized cars. Our body is nothing but a junk yard.
First – If you follow all recommendations (made by doctors,
dieticians, etc.) you may need an elephant size appetite and
diet. You can not do that. If not it would be specifically for
your one problem only.
Second – In reality it is not easy because you need to work.
If you become food fanatic you can not work and pay for it.
The stress will kill you.
Third – If you are on welfare you can not afford it. If you
are not on welfare (part of 70% world population) then you
need to work to feed the worthless socialist government – to
bomb Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Granada,
Nicaragua, Panama, Japan, etc.
Fourth – Advising, writing, reading, etc. is one thing.
Availability is reality. Brazil, California and Florida
provide oranges year round (you can find oranges in Montana)
but how can you find hundreds of vegetables and fruits (other
than potatoes and onions) in month of January in supermarket
of South Dakota?
If you believe in GOD, GOD’s theory is very simple.
(1) Nobody lives for 200 years.
(2) Let hem live the way they want with respective
accountability. Its like putting kids to college. Upon
graduation they find their own job, place to live, person to
live with, etc. They get the way they pursue.
I drove 1982 Sentra for >18 years. During its life it had seen
hundreds of Jaguars and BMWs on roadsides waiting for
ambulances (tow trucks). It was better than going and going
and going type until my daughter forced it to hug a tree. When
I took it to its final destination (auto wreck) it had plenty
of company of younger beauties. Why did it aged so nicely ? I
changed oil every 3000 miles or every 3 months (as
recommended). I had transmission service every two years. Same
thing with antifreeze (every year), replaced gas filter, kept
proper air pressure in tires, etc.
WHAT IS ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE? For thousands of problems there
is no answer in conventional medicine and as a result millions
of people suffer. Alternative medicine includes ayurvedic
medicine, homeopathic medicine, herbal therapy, chiropractic,
message therapy, vitamin therapy, yoga, acupressure,
acupuncture, hypnotherapy, biofeedback and naturopathy.
AYURVEDA: Ayurvedic (medicines based on plants, vegetables,
herbs, fruits, roots, etc.) is not a voodoo thing once thought
by western world. Now western world is finding answers in
ayurvedics for their dead end situations. In Sunskrit ( a
language of Hinduism, one of the oldest language) Ayurveda
means “Science of life and longevity” based on premise that
health is a state of balance among physical, emotional and
spiritual systems. It’s medical approach is based on nature
(botanical – plants’ roots, leaves, seeds, barks and fruits).
Yoga, meditation, etc. are part of the total spectrum. In the
past (for hundreds of years) Ayurveda told public to take dry
ginger powder in honey. It could not and there was no need to
explain antioxidant theory associated with dry ginger and
better immune system with honey. Secondly, Ayurvedic is
different. It always works for long term and permanent
solutions – not for quick fix. In India there are numerous
accredited universities (just like medical institutes) and are
now cropping up in western world.
HOMEOPATHY: German physician Dr. Samuel Hahnemann discovered
that cinchona bark which contained quinine at that time a well
known remedy for fever and malaria. He found that while
cinchona produced fever in healthy individuals, it relieved
fever in people with malaria. Meaning what causes the same
symptoms in healthy body can work against it in lower doses.
WHAT IS CANCER? Normal healthy cells grow,
mature, divide and replace themselves in an orderly way. Some
times cells lose their ability to control their growth and
begin to multiply abnormally and develop their own network of
blood vessels that siphon nourishment from the body’s blood
supply (like parasites). Strong immune system destroy these
cells or can reprogram them back to normal functioning.
However, if the immune system is severely weakened, it can not
destroy or reprogram them (cancerous cells have upper hand)
and they form tumors. If the cancerous cells do not spread
beyond the tissue or organ where they originated, it is called
localized or benign cancer. When cancerous cells are not
localized but they enter into blood stream and forms colonies
(tumors) in different organs is called malignant cancer.
Malignant cancer draws nutrients and release toxins into the
blood system and organs they establish colony in and interfere
with the normal functioning of those organs so that serious
illness and death ensue. Malignant tumors spreads much faster
and are usually fatal. There are more than 100 types of
cancers but are classified into five – (1) Carcinoma tumors
that form in tissues that cover or line internal organs. These
are most common type (90% of the total cancers) and it
includes cancers of intestine, lung, breast, prostate and skin
cancers. (2) Sarcomas originate in connective tissues and
muscles, cartilage, lymph system, etc. They are smallest
number are usually fatal. (3) Myelomas form in the plasma.

glands found in groin, neck, spleen and armpits. (5) Leukemias
are tumors that form in the tissues of bone marrow, spleen and
lymph nodes. They are characterized by an overproduction of
white cells. CULPRITS: Free Radicals (Peroxides, Hydroxyl,
Super Oxides, etc.). Tissues are like world made up of
numerous countries. Cell is like states, provinces, counties,
cities, towns, etc.in an individual country. Molecules are
like people in an individual community. Free radicals is like
diggers, white collar suckers, politicians, parasites,
criminals, etc. FREE RADICALS: Human body contains over 100
trillion cells. If you have penny per your cell you will be
over 5 times richer than world’s richest man Mr. Bill Gate.
Trillions (1 trillion = 1,000,000,000,000.00) of free radicals
attack billions of cells per day. OXIDATION: Two sides. It’s a
trap. Without oxidation you die. With Oxidation you die.
Oxygen (21% in air) causes oxidation. We breath n continuous
basis not to get nitrogen (>70%) or carbon Dioxide. Our blood
needs oxygen on continuous basis otherwise we die. Oxygen is
key to our metabolism – we eat food that has fuel. Oxygen
converts fuel into energy. We need energy to stay alive. Other
side – Oxidation also causes production of free radicals.
Billions of them with life span of one billionth of a second.
They attack molecules and hereby to cells and tissues. If so
how come human exist at all in first place. Because (1) God
cells out number bad cells and keep on discarding it. (2) Not
all free radical attacks are successful in damaging the
molecules. Its like walking thru fire works or welding process
(thousands of sparks). Most would not burn you but one or two
will get you. (3) Our body produce antioxidants which
antagonize free radicals. BLOCKING AGENTS: Excet few pockets,
smoking is increasing worldwide. Look at your portfolio.
Investment in tobacco related industry is almost tripling.
People hate smoke and breath of smokers. But smoke is not the
real culprit. Smoke contains Benzoprene (inactive carcinogen).
Enzymes in our own body convert it into Benzoprene Epoxide
(deadly carcinogen). Should we blame our enzyme system ? No.
They are good guys making honest mistakes (like computers). We
can stop enzymes from activating the inactive carcinogens.
How? Antioxidants can do that. Examples – Japan has highest
rate of smoking but lowest rate of lung cancer. Japanese drink
tea which contains polyphenols (blocks inactive carcinogens
from being active / deadly). Millions of people n India smoke
(most of them are chain smokers). If they all die of lung
cancer, India will have lowest population in next decade or
so. But India is biggest producer and consumer (millions of
pounds per year) of curcumin (turmeric in cooking / curry).
IMPOSSIBLE - In 1800 coal miners had largest share of lung
cancer because they inhaled coal dust that had Benzoprene but
coal is here to stay because is the second largest source.
Pesticides, a live or die scenario for farmers. Without
pesticides entire crop can be wiped out overnight. Its like
ashes of the house within few hours of fire. Food additives
contain Nitrite – a food preservative. It is a precarcinogen
(inactive) but it gets converted into deadly carcinogen in the
body (nitrosamine). Bu it’s a trillion dollar industry with
millions employed. Pollution from auto effluents. Hundreds of
car makers, millions employed. You will be loony to start a
movement for horse buggy.
LUCKY BREAK: Cell deterioration starts in several progressive
stages like – Initiation, Promotion, Progression, Spread
(Metastasis). RADIATION: People living around or working with
X-rays, nuclear power stations, electromagnetic fields (high
voltage power lines), have high rate of contracting cancer.
GOOD NEWS – You can move from the area or change your
job.(Odorless, tasteless gas, a product of natural breakdown
of radium or uranium present in soil). Radon gas concentration
is very high in NH, PA, NJ, CO, FL. GOOD NEWS – There is a
procedure to bypass rado gas from your house and let it
dissipate in air. ULTRAVIOLET (UV) FROM SUN – Sun light
contains UV radiation but Ozone (O3) , a natural filter,
filters most UV before the sunlight hits earth. But Ozone
layer is getting thinner (Ozone depletion) and as a result
more UV is getting thru. WHAT IS CAUSING THE DEPLETION OF
OZONE LAYER ? Chlorofluoro carbons ( used in aerosol spray,
antifreeze, refrigerators, etc.). GOOD NEWS – You wouldn’t die
without air-conditioning. You look beautiful without aerosols.
Everybody knows you got beautiful parts. Cover it. Compared to
US household which uses about 100 aerosols per year, a
household in third world uses only 1 or 2 aerosols per year.
Going to artificial tanning ? One can’t be that dumb.
GOVERNMENTS (WORLDWIDE): You pay a dollar to pay penny’s worth
(Remember Pentagon paid $250 /hammer in Regan era ?). You
sharpen knife or buy a gun for your enemy to shoot at you. If
you question whether I am an antigovernment fanatic, I wonder
where you have been (on marsh?). PBB – In mid 1970’s a large
batch of wholesale chemical feed in Michigan was accidentally
mixed with the fire – retardant PBB (polybrominated biphynyl).
Before the mistake was discovered (if you can buy this you
definitely need vitamins and minerals), cows all over the
state had been contaminated and farm families who regularly
consumed PBB tainted milk and meat had symptoms like weight
loss, fatigue, loss of hair, aching joints, etc. One study
showed that many Michigan women - not just farmers’ wives –
had PBB in their breast milk. MAD COW DISEASE - For years UK
government kept mad cow disease under the rug. When pile under
the rug became too big for the rug to hold, the government
removed the lid. Even the government openly gave an accuse
that meat was one of the biggest industry in UK and millions
of dollars and thousands of businesses depended on it (UK is
the biggest meat exporter to Europe). Certain bacteria, virus,
chemicals, artificial hormones, antibiotics, etc. survive in
animals and wind up in our body. Do you want to eat now and
hear about it in 2020? GOOD NEWS – Cut down on heavy meats
like steak, bacon, etc. To my knowledge Wisconsin is not
allowing to use artificial hormones to boost milk production.
Argentina is not using artificial hormones to increase the
weight of cattle. POLITICIANS – During the out break of AIDS,
president Reagan did one of the biggest disservice to mankind.
President Reagan’s administration was heavily influenced by
religious fanatics who believed that AID was connected with
alternative life style and it was GOD’s punishment. What a
dumbness! SUPPLEMENTS – Pharmaceutical companies spend
millions of dollars developing drugs. Then they have to prove
to FDA that it’s safe. Then FDA approves it as a prescription
drug. For supplements (>29,000 of them, >700 million dollar /
year market) it goes directly from the manufacturers to
market. FDA has to prove that a supplement is unsafe before it
can order to remove from the market. How did this happen ?
Lobbyists of supplement marketers bought congress which
exempted (1994 law) supplement makers from having to prove
their products are safe before putting in the market.
Supplements like Chaparral, Chromium Picolinate, Glucosamine,
Saw Palmetto, Melatonin, Sharl Cartilage, Metabolife, etc. are
causing some major health problems and the FDA is asked to
look into them. LAND OF ANALYSTS – We in west are becoming
expert of analysis. On September 11, 2001 when terrorists
attacked on US soil, it was an act of underpaid, low educated
vs. FBI, CBI, Pentagon, (billions of dollar per budget).INS -
what a joke! Terrorists were not only in USA but were in and
out of USA numerous times. FAA is puppet of airline industry.
After it was done successfully, we got >50,000 experts telling
us the story. Bill Clinton may be mad at Osama Bin Laden for
not doing it earlier during Monaca scandal Our pharmaceutical
labs can churn out defective products (numerous recalls) and
most with side effects. But nature’s lab is undoubtedly
perfect. As matter of fact numerous most effective drugs are
not made in labs but are derived from nature like Morphine and
Codeine come from poppy seeds (widely used in sweets in India
in its raw form for centuries), Digitalis (heart tonic) comes
from Floxglove flowers, Texol (chemotherapeutic Agent) comes
from Yew tree, Quinine (antimalerial drug) comes from barks of
cinchone tree, and >150 others.
Breast Cancer – Risk factor includes family history of breast
cancer, early onset of menstruation, late menopause, use of
oral contraceptives or postmenopausal estrogen, never having
children or having children at late age.
Prostate Cancer – Risk factors include advancing age (after
65) and high fat diet.
Colon / Rectum Cancer – Risk factor includes family history,
inflammatory bowel diseases, physical inactivity, high fat or
low fiber diet.
Ovarian Cancer – Risk factor includes never having children,
family history, etc.
Skin Cancer – Risk factor includes heavy exposure to UV light,
fair skin, heavy exposure to coal tar, pitch, creosote,
arsenic compounds or radium.
Lung Cancer – Risk factors include smoking, exposure to
arsenic, radon, asbestos, radiation.
Urinary / Bladder Cancer – Risk factors include living in
urban areas, working in dyes, rubber and leather industries,
smoking.
Pancreas Cancer – Risk factors include high fat diet and
smoking.
Mouth / Tongue / Throat cancer – Risk factors include smoking
and alcohol abuse.
Cervix Cancer – Risk factors include smoking, sexually
transmitted infections, early first intercourse, multiple
partners or partner with multiple partners.
WHAT ARE ALKALOIDS? Alkaloids are
nitrogenous heterocyclic (sometimes several rings with very
complicated ring structure) organic compounds of plant origin
having powerful physiological effects. There are numerous
alkaloids. They are almost impossible to synthesize in lab and
are valuable therapeutic agents. Some of them are highly toxic
to living organisms and some are extremely beneficial to
humans. To name a few are nicotine from tobacco, Quinine from
Cinchona bark, Cocaine from Coca leaf.


ALKYLGLYCEROL (AKG).
Why do sharks live more than 100 years and can not have cancer
? STUDY – Northern fishermen in Europe used shark oil as
health enhancing agent for centuries. Swedish pharmaceutical
company found AKG in shark liver. In human breast milk 0.1% of
the fat content is AKG whereas in shark liver oil it is 20 to
30%. Human breast milk contains about 10 times more AKG than
cow milk. This is the reason no human cow and human calf
should leave home without it.
SQUALENE IN SHARK LIVER OIL AND OLIVE OIL.
As far as fat in diet is concerned women in north America
consume as much fat as European women do but women around
Mediterranean region have lowest breast cancer rate because of
high consumption of olive oil. Olive oil contains about 72%
oleic acid ( monounsaturated fatty acid). Beef and poultry
contains oleic acid (about 45% of fat). Corn, Palm, Soybean,
Sunflower, etc. contains Oleic acid.
FIBER (LIGNAN and PECTIN):
What a broom! Brooms come in varieties – thin, thick, cotton
thread, nylon thread, longer, shorter, coarser, fine, soft,
etc. So is the fibers in foods. In addition fiber in food is
like tack cloth. Fibers found in plants include cellulose,
hemicellulose, lignin, pectins, gums, mucilage from whole
grains, fruits and vegetables. Some are water soluble whereas
others are water insoluble (oil soluble). Water soluble ones
are barley, flaxmeal, oat, oat bran, citrus fruits, apple,
carrots, beans. Water insoluble ones are wheat bran, corn
bran, celery, skin of fruits and root vegetables. Dr. Denis
Burkitt (a british surgeon who spent 20 years working in
Africa was the first scientist to recognize the importance of
fiber in the diet. The third world countries consume 2 ½ times
more fiber in their diet than the western world do. 37 grams
of fiber / day is required to stay healthy. A cup of 100% bran
cereal , one apple, one potato and ½ a cup of cooked spinach
would supply 37 grams of fiber. Bran (outer brownish skin of
wheat) removed by the miller contains 44% fiber whereas the
whole Wheat bread contains 8 to 11% fiber. Add one tablespoon
wheat bran to fruits or vegetables or breakfast. Switch to
whole wheat bread. Switch to fiber rich cereals. STUDY – Study
done in Uruguay and Finland concluded that women with high
fiber diet has lowest breast cancer. LIGNAN – Flax seed oil
contains lignan. Lignan changes (in the body) into
enterolactone and enterodiol – most effective against breast
cancer. CAUTION: Flax seed oil (Linseed Oil) should be stored
in colored bottle or plastic jar and should be refrigerated.
The oil oxidizes very easily and should be used in salad or
raw. The oil should not be used in high temperature cooking.
PECTIN – Water soluble fibers. It derived from cell walls of
citrus fruits. MYTH – Fibers contain phytate which grabs vital
minerals. So too much fiber in diet sweeps the vital minerals
out from the body.
FLAVONOIDS:
Wheat, barley and alfa alfa juices and powders are rich in
flavonoids compounds that have wide variety of beneficial
effects – antiviral, antitumor and anti-inflammatory. One
flavonoid in young barley leaves is called glycosyl isovitexin
– most powerful antioxidant. Chlorophyllin – the sodium and
copper salt of chlorophyll (anticancer agent) is abundantly
present in all grass juices.
ANTIOXIDANTS:
PICNOGENOL (Pine Bark Tea): Picnogenol is 20 times more
powerful than Vitamin C and 50 times more powerful than
Vitamin E. Picnogenol is water soluble so it moves freely in
body thru bloodstream. PROANTHOCYANIDINS (Grape Seed Extract):
Lowers cholesterol levels and reduce the size of arterial
cholesterol deposits. COLLEGANS: What is collegan ? It is a
linkage (like mortar holds bricks) that holds cells and
tissues together. Collegans degrade on aging and that is the
reason our skin sags on aging. Picnogenol is the most
effective substance for maintaining the integrity of
collegans. STUDY –University of Nottingham, England –
Picnogenol (Proanthocyanidins) one of the best free
radical scavenger. Picnogenol blocks benzoprene (inactive
carcinogen present in smoke) from being converted into Diol
Epoxide of benzoprene (most deadly carcinogen). ALPHALIPOIC
ACID: It is available in red meat and yeast. I is soluble in
both oil and water. This means it can get into tissues and can

but decline substantially after 40 to 50 year age. STUDY – Dr.
Kennel Lockwood, Copenhagen, Denmark – woks against Breast
cancer. University of Texas – Works against AIDS.
RESVERATROL: Present in red wine and
peanuts. However peanuts contains aflatoxin which is inactive
carcinogen (harmful to body). Red wines from cold and damp
regions (like France, Canada, etc.) contains more Resveratrol
than red wines made from grapes grown in warmer climate like
California, Italy, Spain, Portugal, etc. STUDY – French
consume as much fat as Americans do and smoke more yet have
HEART DISEASES less than 50% compared to Americans. University
of Illinois – Resveratrol prevents SKIN cancer.
GARLIC, ONIONS, SCALLIONS, LEEKS THIOLALLYL SULFUR
CONTAINING COMPONDS Thiolallyl Sulfur containing
compounds such as S-allyl cystein, S-Allylmercapto cysteine,
Diallyl sulphide. Garlic Extract has more of these compounds
than fresh garlic. STUDY – University of Cagliari, Sardinia,
Italy – People in Sardinia (Southern Italy) ate 5 to 10 times
more garlic than people in northern Italy. People in Sardinia
area has substantially less stomach cancer. A Chinese study –
China’s Shandong region consumes most garlic and has lot less
STOMACH cancer than others. Dr. Robert Lin – Garlic kills
bacteria which converts nitrites (present in fod we eat) into
Nitrosamine (a deadly carcinogen). University of Texas,
Pennsylvania State University, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer
Center in NY – Garlic works against breast, colon, skin,
stomach, and prostate cancers. Poona Medical College, India,
Tagore Medical College in Udaipur, India – Garlic is a natural
inhibitor of clotting. Platelet clumping (heart attack) is
decreased in direct proportion of garlic consumption. Garlic
reduces cholesterol level.
FATTY ACIDS (OMEGA 3 OILS, ALPHA LINOLENIC ACID )
SATURATED FATS – Bad, Bad, Bad. Liver uses saturated fats to
manufacture cholesterol. Source –
Whole milk, cream cheese, butter, fatty meats like steak,
veal, lamb, pork and ham, vegetables like coconut oil, kennel
oil, Palm oil, vegetable shortenings.
POLYUNSATURATED FATS – OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS – Good guy. It
works against cancer and CARDIOVASCULAR diseases. Source –
Vegetable oils like Flax seed oil, Hemp seeds, Cattail seeds,
walnut oil, Fish like Salmon, Mackerel, eel, tuna, hering,
halibut, cod, Sardines. STUDY – University of California,
Berkley, CA, USA – Omega 3 fatty acids are good to fight
cancers. Eskimo Study – North Americans have more cancer than
Eskimos because Eskimos consume more omega 3 oils (from fish)
plus fish from colder region has more Omega 3 Oil. British and
24 European Countries – Where fish consumption (omega 3 oil)
is high, there the cancer rate is low especially BREAST and
COLON cancers. Finland study – Women with BREAST cancer had
much lower concentration of DHA and EPA (Omega 3 oil) in their
breast tissues. Japanese study – Omega 3 oils works against
PROSTATE cancer. OMEGA 6 FATTY ACIDS – Bad guy. Increased risk
of cancer. Reduce cholesterol (both the good cholesterol (HDL)
and bad cholesterol (LDL).Source – Corn, cotton, safflower,
sunflower oils. ALPHA LINOLENIC ACID: SOURCE- Flex seeds, Hemp
Seeds, Cattail Seeds, etc. CAUTION – These oils should be used
raw. It should not be used in cooking and should be stored in
dark colored bottles and should be refrigerated. These oils
are best against BREAST cancer protection.
MONOSATURATED FATTY ACIDS – Good guy. It works against cancer
and cardiovascular Diseases. Source – Olive oil, Peanut oil.
TRANS FATTY ACIDS – Very very bad. Causes heart diseases and
cancer. Source – Hydrogenated oils (Margarine). STUDY –
Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA – 85,000 nurses were
studied. Trans fatty acids (Margarine) – It is hydrogenated
vegetable oil. It has two negative effects. It reduces good
cholesterol (LDL) and increases bad cholesterol (HDL).
ISOFLAVONES (GENISTEIN, DIADZEN, GLYCITIN)
SOURCE – Soy (best source) THEORY – Cancer cells needs blood
supply. Like parasites that feed on host plants, bureaucrats
in socialist regime that feeds on tax payers, etc., the cancer
cells start to create their own pipe lines to tap into our
main blood lines. This is called Angiogenesis. Genistein stops
this illegal activity and suphocate the cancer cells. STUDY –
Western men Vs. Eastern men were studied. Prostate cancer in
both groups was very much same. But fatal prostate cancer was
much higher in western men group (higher fat consumption) than
in asian men group (high in vegetable and so consumption).
Hawaiian study – 8000 americans with Japanese ancestry (who
consumed TOFU – Soy) were studied and found that they have the
lowest PROSTATE cancer rate. Chinese study – in Sanghai, china
women consumed most soy have lowest BREAST cancer rate.
University of Milan, Italy – Women ook Genistein (soy) had
lowest BREAST cancer. Scientists compared prostate cancer rate
in Japanese and Finish men and found it lowest in Japanese
group. Urine Analysis – When urine of women was analyzed,
Japanese urine contained 2000 to 3000 nanomolar / day of
Senistein, Diadzen (present in Soy) whereas that of American
women was 30 to 40 nanomolar / day. STATISTICS- In America
22.4 / 100,000 die of BREAST cancer VS. 6 / 100,000 in Japan.
In America 15.7 / 100,000 die of PROSTATE cancer VS. 3.5 /
100,000 in Japan.
FLAVANOIDS (GINKGO BILOBA):
Flavanoids enhances functioning of adrenal, thyroid
glands and central nervous system (improves memory). It
improves the flow of blood to the brain. It is free radical
scavenger and has antioxidant activity (anticancer). It is
also antiaging. Ginkgo Biloba is an ancient Chinese tree whose
leaves contains flavanoids. It also prevents platelet
aggregation and thereby reduces risk of cardiovascular
diseases. Wheat, barley and alfa alfa juices are rich in
flavonoids compounds that have wide variety of beneficial
effects – antiviral, antitumor and anti-inflammatory. One
flavonoid in young barley leaves is called glycosyl isovitexin
– most powerful antioxidant. Chlorophyllin – the sodium and
copper salt of chlorophyll (anticancer agent) is abundantly
present in all grass juices.
CAROTENOIDS (LYCOPRENE, LUTEIN, XEAXANTHNIN)
There are more than 500 carotenoids. Lets not get
into it. They all are good. Liver converts carotenoids into
Vitamin A. Carotenoids helps proper splitting of T cells
(solders of the body). Carotenoids contain pigments that are
soluble in fat means they house in tissues meaning healthy
skin. LYCOPRENE – Source – Tomatoes, carrots, apricots,
paprika, pink grape fruits, water melon. STUDY - Israel study
(47,000) indicates lycoprene (present in tomatoes) reduces
PROSTATE cancer. European Study – People with high lycoprene
had lowest heart attacks. CAUTION - Lycoprene (in tomatoes)
are locked in and our digestive system is very weak to unlock
it. It is adviseable to eat cooked or processed tomatoes where
lycoprene is unlocked from its skin, tissues, fibers, etc.
LUTEIN and XEAXNTHIN – Source – Yellow fruits and Vegetables
like Kah, collard green, spinach, yellow squash, corn, etc.
They are best against BREAST cancer.
AMINO ACIDS (ARGININE, GLUTAMINE ): There are more than 20
types of amino acids. Most are manufactured by our body.
ARGENINE – Good to prevent COLORECTAL cancer. GLUTAMINE – Good
to protect LIVER. It also reduces craving for ALCOHOL, SUGAR
and CARBOHYDRATE (OBESITY). It prevents physical wasting.
CHLOROPHYLL – Green leafy vegetables
(mainly Spinach and lettuce) contains chorophyll which lowers
mutagenic activity of known cancer causing agents. Chlorophyll
is of huge branch of chemistry and is for chemist, not us, to
worry about. Following knowledge is sufficient for us.
Chemically they are polyhydroxy (more than one -OH group)
aldehydes (-CHO compound ) and ketones ( -C=O compound). They
are derived from plant kingdom. Plants absorbs Carbon Dioxide
from air and water from ground. Carbon Dioxide and Water are
converted into Carbohydrate by sun light and chlorophyll
(Magnesium present in green leaves). The reaction product is
not only carbohydrate but also Oxygen which is back in the air
for animal kingdom (including humans). So it is dumb not to
respect the plant kingdom and ignoring it’s important role in
our existence ( I am conservative but not moron. I am liberal
but not crazy).
Secondly the carbohydrates when subjected to enzyme in the
body, several nutrients are produced which are needed for the
good health of humans.
MINERALS
Minerals are classified into two based on their
requirements. Macronutrients like Calcium, Phosphorous,
Sodium, Potasium, Sulfur, Chloride. Trace minerals like
selenium, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Manganese, Iodine, Chromium,
Molybdanum, Boron, Silicon, Vanadium, etc. Why do we need
minerals ? Minerals are essential part of enzymes involved in
biochemical and physiological processes and helps transport
oxygen to cells. Why do we need supplements for minerals ?
Most minerals are present in food we eat but there are two
reasons why we should take supplements (1) Our culture
changed. You may have heard the words like chelating, bonding,
reacting, complexing, etc. that cause the mineral deficiency (
make it inactive, flush out, etc.). We eat variety of foods
(canned foods, harmonized meat, hybridized grains, fruits,
vegetables, etc.). (2) Did the previous generations ever knew

requires Vitamin D. Calcium reacts with Oxalic acid and forms
calcium oxalate. Body has hard time to grab calcium from
calcium oxalate. Beet greens, spinach and chard have eight
times more oxalic acid than calcium and are not good source of
calcium. On the other hand kales, collards, broccoli, mustard,
turnip, greens, broccoli contains 42 times more calcium than
oxalic acid making them supurb source of calcium. STUDY -
Japanese consume too much salt. Salt causes proliferation of
stomach causing stomach cancer. Japanese consuming large
quantities of calcium prevents stomach cancer. SOURCE -
Shrimps, Salmon, shardine. Dairy products, almond, brazil
nuts, filberts, molasses, Soya beans, green leafy vegetables
like Broccoli, collard, dandalion, spinach, broccoli. Best
source of calcium is calcium citrate – most and most easy
absorption of calcium and no kidney stone. DOSAGE - 1000
milligrams / day.
ZINC: Zinc helps get carbon Dioxide from
tissues to lungs. It enhence cell division, repair and their
growth. Zinc accelerates head injury healing and is
responsible for brain coordination (emotions, thoughts,
feelings). Zinc also prevents Kidney, prostate and digestive
tract cancers. Its deficiency causes wound heeling, rashes,
retarded growth, multiple skin lesions, diminished learning
capacity, mutation of brain, reduces T cell production
(Solders to fight bacteria and viruses ) and weakens immune
system ( protection against HIV, AID), blood sugar control
(protection against Diabetic), functioning of male sex organs
(low sperm count), adequate sense of smell and taste. SOURCE -
For nonveg people – Lean beef, oyster, pork, turkeys, fish,
eggs yolk, poultry. For vegetarians - Beans, mushrooms, yeast,
whole grains products, wheat bran, wheat germ, sun flower
seeds, soya beans, nuts milk, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds.
CAUTION - Calcium prevents absorption of Zinc so Zinc should
not be taken with Calcium. Foods like rice, soy, beans attach
to zinc and thereby prevents its absortion. DOSAGE - 15
milligrams / day.
SELENIUM: Selenium prevent free radical
formation (anticancer). Selenium prevents Liver, Colon,
Stomach, Cervical and Prostate cancers. Its deficiency can
cause Peridontal diseases and yeast infection. STUDY - China
(especially Linxian region ( land deficient in selenium) has
much higher cancer rate than Japan ( land rich in selenium).
In USA land of Georgia and Carolinas are extremely low in
selenium and has highest rate of cancer (known as stroke belt
of USA). Compared to South Dakota, Ohio land is lower in
selenium and has higher rate of cancer. SOURCES - Sea foods
like Tuna, Lobster, beef, turkey, egg yolk. Sun flower seeds,
brazil nuts, garlic, coconut, soyabeans, mashrooms, cashews,
Cabbage, Celery, Broccoli, Onions, Cucumbers, milk, wheat
germs, whole wheat.
IRON: Essential ingredient for all types
of cells particularly hemoglobin (the oxygen transport pigment
of red blood cells) and myoglobin (hemoglobin of muscle
cells). Iron helps combat heavy metal poisoning and maintains
immune system maintaining T-Cell production (to fight bacteria
and viruses like HIV, AIDS). Iron deficiency causes decreased
attentiveness, shorter attention span, decreased persistence
and decreased voluntary activity and causes mouth ulcer.
CAUTION – Excess of iron can cause damage to liver, heart,
pancreas. Iron absorption is increased by Vitamin C (citrus
fruits, tomatoes, green pepper, etc). Tea, coffee, wheat bran
egg yolk contains substances that decreases absorption of
iron. SOURCE – milk, cheese, spinach, apples, beef, liver,
fish, poultry. Sesame seeds contains three times more iron
than liver. Nonvege contains irons that can easily be absorbed
by the human body.
GERMANIUM: Prevents cancers leukemia,
cataract, cardio vascular disorders. It is an excellent
immunostimulant – a substance that activates the body’s
defense system. SOURCE – Sea algae, Aloe vera, Siberian
ginseng, garlic.
IODINE: Iodine keeps skin, hairs and nails
healthy, prevents goiter (enlargement of thyroid glands)
breast cancer. SOURCE – Iodised salt, can foods, etc. CAUTION
– Some foods like cabbage, mustard, turnips, soya beans, pine
nuts, peanuts, millets, etc. contains compounds that prevent
iodine absorption.
FLUORIDE: It is needed for decay
resistance of teeth and to kill bacteria that cause dental
plaque. SOURCE – Tea, apples, eggs, kidney, canned salmon,and
sardine. CAUTION – High dose of fluorine is toxic.
MANGANESE: It prevents cardiovascular
diseases, diabetes. It has antioxidant activities
(anticancer). It is essential for bone formation, blood
clotting, metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, nucleic
acids. Its deficiency causes tremors of hands, blurred speech,
involuntary laughing.
MOLYBDENUM: It helps convert nucleic acid
into uric acid a waste product eliminated as uric acid.
SOURCE- Beans, peas, sweet bread, cereal grains, dark green
leafy vegetables. Organ meats like liver, kidney. NOTE –
Manganese is one of the heavy metals like lead, Copper,
cadmium.
CHROMIUM: Prevents diabetes, dental
cavities, cancer, reduce cholesterols, etc. SOURCE – whole
grain products, dairy products, fresh fruits, potatoes,
brewer’s yeast. Beef, chicken, fish, oyster.
COBALT: It is needed to manufacture
Vitamin B-12 in body, promote normal red blood cell formation.
Its deficiency causes poor memory. SOURCE – Beets, Cabbage,
figs, lettuce, milk, spinach, liver, oyster, kidney. CAUTION –
Excess of cobalt can cause goiter (enlargement of thyroid
glands) and red blood cell blood.
COPPER: It is needed for normal red blood
cells. SOURCE- Barley, nuts, honey, lentils, oats, mashrooms,
wheat germ, oyster, salmon. CAUTION – Excess will cause
learning and behavior disorder, depression, gum diseases. NOTE
– Copper is one of the heavy metals like lead, Manganese,
cadmium.
SULFUR: It binds protein molecules. Its
deficiency affects hair, finger nails, toe nails, skin, etc.
SOURCE –Cabbage, dried beans, milk, germs, clams, egg yolk,
lean beef.
SODIUM: We all eat it more than enough
(requirement of 2.4 grams / day). The problem is how to reduce
it. Table salt is NaCl. Salt is a preservative ( increase
shelf life) and used extensively in can foods.
POTASSIUM: Its deficiency causes low blood
pressure, paralysis, irregular heart beats leading to cardiac
arrest and death. SOURCE – Banana, avocados, lentils, dried
fruits, milk, molasses, nuts, sweet potatoes, squash, raisins,
citrus fruits, fresh spinach, whole grain cereal, sardines.
PHOSPHORUS: Phosphorus acts in partnership
with Calcium to strengthen bones. SOURCE – milk, bread, whole
virgin cereals, can foods, carbonated drinks, meat, poultry,
fish. CAUTION – Excessive phosphorus causes loss of calcium
thru urine.
MAGNASSIUM: It releases energy from
muscles, regulates body temperature, manufacture protein, bone
growth, proper functioning of nerves and muscles, strengthens
the teeth enamel, regulates heart rhythum, contraction of
heart muscles, etc. Its deficiency causes mental illness
(depression, agitation, hallucination ). SOURCE – Almond,
cashew nuts, molasses, soya beans, sun flower seeds, wheat,
germs and dark green leafy vegetables, fish. CAUTION – Excess
of magnassium is laxative.
VITAMINS
There role is to build, repair and maintain tissues of the
body. Vitamin A, D, K, and E are fat soluble (insoluble in
water). Vitamin B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-9, B-12, Biotin,
Inositol, Choline, Para Aminobenzoiic acid, etc. are water
soluble. In general vitamins are heat sensitive and lose their
potency at high temperature. Cooking in steam (closed to avoid
oxygen) is preferred over high temperature cooking in open
(contact with oxygen in air).
VITAMIN
A (BETA CAROTENE): It is required for skeletal
growth, testicular and ovarian functions, embryonic
development, differentiation of tissues, good immune
system, healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes, etc.
Sources – milk, cheese, beta carotene, leafy green
vegetables and yellow fruits, apricots, cantaloupe,
spinach, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, meat, eggs,
fish liver oil, etc. Beta carotene is transformed into
Vitamin A which prevents lung cancer. Vitamin A from
animal source (like milk, butter, chease, egg yolk, liver,
etc.) has much lower potency (as a cancer antagonist) than
Vitamin A transformed from Beta carotene (plant source).
NOTE: A healthy human body stores upto two year supply of
vitamin A in his / her liver. CAUTION: Excess of Vitamin A
is toxic and causes fatigue, abdominal upset, brittle
nails, etc.

VITAMIN D: It is required for formation of bones,
teeth and absorption of calcium and phosphorus in
gastrointestinal tract. Prevents breast cancer. SOURCE:
milk, dairy products, sun light, fish liver oil, eggs,
salt water fish like sardine, salmon, herrings, etc. and
organ meat like liver, etc. NOTE: Like Vitamin A, Vitamin
D is stored in human body. CAUTION: Excess of Vitamin D is
toxic and can cause kidney failure, kidney stone, nausea,
wide spread aches, irregular heart beats, high blood
pressure, weakness, etc. |

VITAMIN K (1,4
NAPHTHOQUINONE): It is needed for blood clotting ( to stop
bleeding). SOURCE: green alfalfa and green vegetables.

VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID): It is required for
collagen and fibrous tissues, for intermolecular matrices
in teeth, bones, cartilage, connective tissues and skin
and for structural integrity of capillary walls. It
strengthens immune system. It acts as an antioxidant and
prevents cancers like throat, mouth, pancreas, stomach,
cervix, rectum, breast, skin cancers. Vitamin C lowers LDL
(bad cholesterol) and strengthens HDL (good cholesterol).
NOTE: Body expels excess of Vitamin C so it has no known

FATS: They are esters of
trihydric alcohols and fatty acids. Fatty acids can be any of
more than 20 kinds. Enzymes in the body breaks fats into
alcohol and fatty acids. Fatty acids with unsaturated moity
have nutritional value. Oleic acid (from olive oil) has one
C=C. Linoleic Acid (from corn oil) has two C=C. Linolenic acid
(from Linseed oil) has three C=C. Fatty acids with saturated
acids have detergent value and are generally bad for health.
Butyric acid in butter, Lauric acid in coconut oil, stearic
acid in vegetable and animal fats. Phospholipids are present
(Lecithin) in every tissue of the body but especially in the
nervous system. Source – Soyabean oil, egg yolk, organ meats
like liver, brain, etc. They are good emulsifing agents and
aid in the absorption and transport of fatty acids in the body
as well as serving as a source of phosphoric acid for the

HORMONES: They are organic compounds produced
by endocrine glands Pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, pancreas,
adrenals, ovaries, testes, gastrointestinal tract, etc.) and
carried by the blood to other glands, organs, tissues where
they exert their action. They are called chemical messengers.
Hormone chemistry is one of huge segments of chemistry as a
whole. Let us leave it to chemists. Lets keep our body healthy
and in turn they will produce hormones for our body.

ENZYMES: Its like Cadillac with everything in
A1 condition except gas. Without gas it would not start or
run. Enzymes are produced by cells. So by securing healthy
cell system we can secure healthy enzyme system. They are
responsible for numerous chemical reactions taking place
inside our body. Enzymes are catalysts ( Note – There is a
difference between catalysts and enzymes but is for chemists).
Factors affecting enzyme activity rate are concentration of
substrate (our diet), concentration of enzymes, temperature,
PH and accumulation of end products. Accelerators of enzymes
include metallic ions like Fe (+2), Fe(+3), Co(+2), Zn(+2), Mn(+2),
Mg(+2) and Mo(+2). Inhibitors of enzymes include toxins like

needed for the good health of humans.

It is first and most vital thing. Weak immune system (due
to toxins, malnutrition, improper diet, etc.) is the
initiation of any kind of health problem one can have. Toxins
are harmful to our lungs, blood and body tissues. It is a
defense system of the body. It is a president Reagan theory –
if Russia has 400 warheads, USA should have 420 warheads ant
380 warheads. USA scooped up Granada, Afghanistan, Vietnam,
Combodia, Basnia, Panama, etc. Israel scooped up Palestine,
China scooped up Tibet, Russia scooped up eastern Europe. In
18 century England scooped up majority of African countries.
Compare their defense system. On the other hand Saudi Arabia
is openly supporting jihad (suicide bombers) giving them
$25,000 individually. China and Japan sometimes dump as much
as 70 billion dollar worth of goods causing economic chaos in
USA. What we doing is sending a team of negotiators.
Fortunately our body has built in defense system to fight
foreign invasion (toxins) However, compared to last generation
(50 to 100 years ago) we are drowning in hundreds of toxins.
As a result our immune system needs help. Clean air contais
