Payment - 50% advance is required. Balance is due prior to shipping from Panguitch, UT, USA.

Refund - 50% advance is non-refundable.

Product - It would be bare wood (unstained) for customer to stain of his/her choice. It would be semi-hard low fibrous solid wood (preferrably teak) required for hand carving.

Custom Design - Customer can have his/her design for an additional 10% increase of cost.

Assembly - Simple assembly is required by the customer.

Perfection - Since every piece is unique and is carved by human hands, some variation should be expected.
